Wetland Permitting

Over 25% of a moose's summer diet consists of aquatic plants found in wetlands

Approximately 50% of the wetlands in North America have been destroyed due to development.  People are beginning to realize the importance of wetlands to our environment, and their great biodiversity.  As a result, the permitting process has become a necessary part for any type of alteration of wetlands, whether it be dredging, filling or any other impact.

We can assist in the filing of wetland permits to the State of New Hamphshire, Department of Environmental Services, Wetland's Bureau.

  • trail or road development through wetlands involving bridges or culverts
  • pond construction
  • notification of forestry activities
  • culvert replacements
  • wetland delineation
  • restoration plans for impacted wetlands

We have Wetland Scientist Certifications (CWS #233 and #240) from the State of New Hampshire

On this property above, wetlands were delineated and a Wetland Permit submitted to the Wetlands Bureau for the construction of a driveway.
